Project Summary
(R)evolution Engineering was part of designing a new5-story, 109-unit TownePlace Suites in Monrovia, CA.
The first floor included a lobby, a front desk, an administrative area and offices, a meeting room, and a den.
The design also included a buffet area, a kitchen, a great room, storage spaces, a break room,men’s/women’s restrooms, laundry, guest laundry, a fitness area, and mechanical, electrical, and tel/data rooms.
