The Challenge

As part of IHG’s (InterContinental Hotel Group) extensive customer research and collaboration with hotel owners, IHG saw a need to address the needs of business travelers.

More and more travelers are adopting a digital nomad lifestyle while they travel for business meetings or conferences in Las Vegas, the conference capital of the world.

Business travelers should not have to completely sacrifice comforts and amenities while they travel for business, sometimes for weeks at a time.

“This is crucial to delivering brand experiences that fit the ever-evolving needs of mainstream travellers and drive performance for our hotel owners. As these new prototypes start rolling out across the market, we know they will take guest satisfaction and brand strength to the next level.”
